Anyone ever done $1000 ConsumerDigitalSurvey? It's similar to RewardsZone but not the same company.

I've done the RewardsZone offer before and actually got paid the $1000 through Tremendous Rewards in the form of a Visa gift card (I did mostly paid offers and ended up paying around $100 total). I found another similar offer through a different company and not just another site owned by RewardsZone with a different design (they can only be done once per household every 2 years across all designs). ConsumerDigitalSurvey has similar stipulations but is an entirely different company. I recently did their offers and some of them have already gone through and now just waiting mainly for the paid offers I did to go through which totaled around $50 or so. I was just curious if anyone else has done this one before or know of any others also like it?
