What would be the quickest, cheapest way to go from SwagBucks to a prepaid credit card?

I apologize if any of my questions are noobish or obvious, I have just recently discovered this place.

I have been using SB for a bit, and have a small, recurring(monthly) payment that I would like to make, which only accepts a card as payment, not Paypal, as I had naively assumed. I live in Canada, so Paypal Key is not available to me, and as I only want it for this one purchase, which I make plenty enough SB for, I am looking for the best way to go about this.

Until I had discovered that the thing I am looking to purchase only accepts a card, I was simply going to get the Paypal rewards from SB, and use that to pay. Continuing to use only those, and whatever fewest other steps will get me there, will be great.

Using my normal debit card is not an option, either for personal reasons that I cannot say here.
