Virtual Credit card

Im a 17 year old from India. I am using website to earn some money to buy some games. But the thing is to transfer the money from the website to Paypal it needs to be linked to a credit card or debit card. Since i am underage i dont have a card and i also cant ask my parents about this. Please suggesy me some virtual credit card services which do not require bank details of any type.

I have tried Revolut and Lazypay but those 2 dont work.
