question about clickworker closing my account

Clickworker closed my account bc of some kind of discrepancy and im unable to send them the documents they want. I don't care much anymore but im wondering, do they still hold the information i put in? I'd rather they not since im unable to use it anymore. So if they do, is there a way to get it deleted?
