Issue with branded surveys..please help

I cashed out 5$ to my PayPal, and didn't even realize on the 8th I got paid. It shows in my history I received it, but it doesn't show up anywhere on my account to use/transfer. Idk what to do. I can't contact paypal because I don't have an ID added to my account yet (it works fine for qmee right now) and I don't want them putting a flag on my account like last time for having no ID and trying to make transfers. Help :(
