Freestar Publisher First

So there was this job on upwork for transcribing. Basically they were paying for typing images of texts into word documents, it seemed easy enough so I applied. When they contacted me they said to contact them via Telegram, and that's where we've been communicating. They asked for my name and my email, then they gave me this firm thing that I had to fill with my name, email and pictures. This whole time this thing just feels eerily non-legit.. Like Upwork suddenly disappeared.. After I filled out the form and sent it, they said I should wait for a confirmation email. That took a while... When I told them I'd received it, they told me to show them the email in a screenshot???? Does any of this sound legit to you or did I just get scammed into giving my personal information.?
