How do you get Facebook Viewpoints to work?

I’ve had this app for over 6 months now. And when I open it all I get is “we’re sorry, Viewpoints is not available for your account” etc. Im sure that I meet the basic requirements, so idk. And their support is useless cause they won’t even tell me why, just the basic copy/paste responses. How did anyone get theirs working?
