Course Hero Warning

Hi. I've been a Course Hero for a month and a half now and have a 100% Helpful rate. However, yesterday and today, i've received 2 emails saying that i have warning d/t incomplete answer of one of the questions dated back 27 days ago. Will they revoke my account? I still have $250 dollars pending on my account and a 100% Helpful rate. Thank you so much.
