Constant 500 errors on Prolific
This used to be common on there in the past, but it always fixed itself after a little while. Lately ANY time I try to cash out or view my account info, I get a 500 error message. I haven't been able to cash out for like 10 days. I can still take surveys and view other parts of the website, though. I tried contacting them, but haven't heard anything back yet. I've done everything I can think of (logging in on a different device, clearing cookies, using a different browser, etc.) and I still get the same error message. Has this happened to anyone else?
