Anyone ever do one of those [insert city] Music Rating Surveys?

I did one last month and it said payment would take 4-6 weeks. Well, it's been 6 weeks and it still hasn't payed out. I gave them my paypal.me link and I'm pretty damn sure it was the right link so what's the deal? Anyone else do this kind of survey and it take more than 6 weeks to payout? I've actually done a couple before but they always payout before 6 weeks.
