Vindale Research - daily surveys inoperable for anyone else?

I've been unable to complete any of the daily surveys since August 16th - all of the Peanut Labs surveys go to the "aw man" screen by default as soon as you click on the link. I've run through the full problem solving matrix with Support, by which I mean I'm starting to get the same form email response as when I first reported it. Anyone else have a workaround?
