UserInterviews- Researcher didn’t show up.

Hey there. I was scheduled for a study. I did the first two requirements of diary entries and another survey. I arranged childcare so I would have a quiet home for this interview. I sat and waited for 15 minutes then reached out to UI and the researcher. The researcher is asking me to reschedule to a different time. This was the only time that worked for me. Has anyone had this happen? Am I going to be penalized/account banned if I don’t reschedule? This isn’t my fault in my eyes.
