Is it possible to cash out a Visa Gift Card to PayPal?
My goal is get as many beermoney sites cashing out to PayPal as possible. That way, I can get the PayPal debit card and use my beermoney at local shops OR online without being restricted to a specific vendor's gift card (i.e. Amazon or Target). Has anyone found a way to put the money from a Visa Gift Card onto their PayPal account, for the sites that only cash out in Visa Gift Cards? Is this a violation of any rules for PayPal or Visa?
