What can i do uncredited points (First time)

Recently i started making money online...Yeah not a lot of money but my first month was 2.43USD But now i have a problem.I downloaded an app called CashApp that is like a GPT site.It has offerwalls(Fyber,Adgem) as soon as i downloaded i started a task at adgem that says to complete level 21 in Goodgame Empire fourkingdom.I completed now i am level 22 and i dont know what to do maybe i had to put my email in adgem offer and the same email at the empire? Please help me somepeople here know well this sites how they work.
