Does anyone know how to update a game when using playtestcloud?

I recently got in a multiday test for playtestcloud and the game im playing says it needs an update to be played but when I click the button to take me to the play store to update the game it just says uninstall or play. I assume this is becuase the test uses a special version of the game. Does anyone know how to fix this or should I just wait for support to respond to my email?
