Amazon gift card from coursehero

Hello people I received a gift card link from coursehero a few days back. It looks legit since it takes me to coursehero directly and don't ask me for sign-ins or anything. However, I don't seem to find ways to use the card or redeem it. Everytime I click on "Login to receive it" I end up on the upload new documents window and nothing else happens! Anyone else having the same issue!?
