Cashwalk on Rooted Devices

Anyone have experience getting walking apps, specifically Cashwalk in this instance, to work with rooted devices? I've been able to get Evidation and Winwalk working without issue, but Cashwalk is the lone exception.

Device is an HTC U11 running Android Pie and stock ROM. Have Cashwalk included via DenyList, but I still get the same rooted message every time I open the app.
