Ake Projects in appen 9 (appen china)

I've been working in appen 9 Ake transcription project since mid July the invoice of July have not been generated yet as they say that the customer should review all the work and thus they will only pay the work from 1-12th July and the rest will be paid on August....I know the global appen is legit but this Chinese work seems sus with the payment delay.... so has anyone got paid in this project?
