Toloka and UHRS

I am currently working on UHRS but would like to try out Toloka. Is there any conflict in doing so? I searched but come up with various answers. Is Toloka also UHRS? I know you can't have more than one UHRS account and don't want to get banned from clickworker UHRS. Thanks for any information.
