Neighbor.com Anyone using this site for Beer $$$?

I found this site a few months ago and have started making some decent side cash and is about as close to passive as it gets. Made over $800 in a few months. Disclaimer: My home has a big area right beside the house so I have room for multiple rentals.
Made the mistake of running my own ads on FB Marketplace and a "neighbor" called in a complaint to the county that I was running a business. In actuality I believe it was a local storage business who got pissed. Took down FB ad and no more problem.
