Issues with GPT sites that use Zendesk?

I've been waiting since April for 2 separate payments from iRazoo, with no replies to my multiple emails. It seems now that I'm having the same no reply issue with an inquiry I sent to InboxDollars ... I've noticed that both of these services went through Zendesk for their customer service platform. Has anyone else noticed issues with platforms using Zendesk not responding to service requests and inquiries?
