Is OneForma Jarvis project legit?

Hey guys,

I started working on this Jarvis project a few weeks ago and today I can dispute my payment. It's 235 USD for 877 hits. Does this sound legit? The Jarvis is a project about query classification. Another question: I can see the location of where the query was searched, am I allowed to see that? Considering the privacy.
