Does Pei, Dosh, and similar sites work with NFC Contactless payments?

So you link a debit, credit card to Pei or Dosh but if you end up paying with NFC Payments (for example I might use Garmin Pay or Apple Pay), would it still credit? I'm asking because the card number shown on the receipt is different since its generated for every transaction.
