Quadrant Resource: work on foreign languages BS

So, I've been getting emails to submit a certificate of my proficiency at a foreign language to get paid for my job done on that language. One nuance: the language they are referring to as foreign, actually is native to me. As you can imagine, I don't have no stinking certificate for it. What do?

Side note: gentlefolks at quadrant submitted a payment for March, which is a month I gave up on Quadrant, but haven't paid for April on which I made the most. What the heck?
