Is Toloka part of UHRS?

I've started working for Toloka for about a week now. The pay is decent but some tasks are annoying. I'm looking for another micro task platform (most preferably OneForma as they have payment support in my region). So is there any restrictions on working on Toloka and OneForma together? I've heard if you have multiple UHRS account both can get banned.
