Has anyone had any recent problems with E-rewards?

I had problems with them several years ago but I didn't remember that it was the same website until I tried to redeem points this time. I was getting error messages and also a notice saying that my account was new and under review, so I emailed them. We emailed a few times with the representative not sure what my problem is, giving me a guide on how to redeem my points for a gift card, telling me that they were not redeemed automatically? I eventually sent pictures and after a few days I received a message (see image) that my account had been suspended indefinitely. I made sure all of my responses were correct, and I made sure that I never missed any attention checks. I remember this happened once before. I sent an email saying that this is very suspicious behaviour of the company (also in second image). Most of the reviews I'm seeing about them are from people unable to redeem their points. This is very disappointing. I'm sure I spent more than 15 hours on surveys, only to leave with nothing.
