Does anyone know if any of these beermoney sites/apps provide a 1099?

Dscout, UserInterviews, Respondent, Validately, UserTesting, Prolific, Neevo, Intellizoom, Userlytics. I assume we are mostly on our own to provide income records for taxes but just want to double check.
