Surveys On The Go- Redeem Policy Question

So I've used surveys on the go for a few years now and I've cashed out plenty of times, but I notice there amazon and visa redemption offer gives a little extra money when you cash out with them as opposed to starbucks or paypal. Anyone know what their policy on that is? Is it better to save up my balance to get a bigger bonus when I cash out or does it not matter.
