RewardZoneUSA deal. Received 1300sb on Swagbucks and $1000 via Paypal within a week.

In the Discover section of Swagbucks you'll find an offer for $1000 Paypal for 1300sb. If you do 10 offers (1 silver, 1 gold, 8 platinum) and get verified (upload your ID + address documents if needed) you'll receive a $1000 Paypal reward in addition to the 1300sb.

I started the offer on April 30th, completed all the required offers on May 5th, verified my ID/address, and was notified on May 7th(Friday) that my reward was approved and I'll receive it in 5-7 business days. May 9th (Monday/today) I received the reward. It comes via a Tremendous.com(use to be known as GiftRocket.com) email that you can either exchange for gift cards, cash out to Paypal (instant transfer), or have sent to your bank.

I only spent $70 on the offers but others have spent as low as $20 and as high as $200. You can only receive the $1000 Paypal reward every 2 years, and it's only one per household.
