Quadrant Resource Payment Details Update

I visited QR website today ,when i went to payment details section then it redirected me to Id Proof's section where the website asked to provide Pan card and Cancelled cheque book to process the payments. I have provided Pan card details but the problem is i don't have a cheque book. I mailed the support team but they did not reply.

Earlier this month they did not ask for cheque book details and i have received the april payment without any problem.

Has anyone else has this problem or iam the only one ?
