Pocketflip money app

Everytime I open pocketflip, I’m stuck on the blue pocketflip screen and it won’t actually go into the app. I tried powering off my phone and deleting pocketflip and re-installing it, but it work. I didn’t want to reset my advertising id or that would just completely reset the pocketflip app and I have a $10 visa pending right now and I don’t want to lose it. Does anyone know what I can do?
