Capterra review issue ?

So around a month ago I submitted 6 test reviews to capterra for the money , and I haven't been payed for them yet . Should I wait much longer ? Or should I give up ? Submit more maybe ?

I used a linkdin account , emailed some of the staff later on ( so they know I'm human ) . I know that I only get payed for what's published . But considering people who submit 10 get 7-10 of them published , I just doubt all 6 of mine weren't .
