Are Swagbucks and mypoints connected?

So most of the offers on my points and swagbucks are similar. I'm just wondering for the magic receipts if you can buy one of the offers and submit it for swagbucks, then Purchase the items again and submit it to mypoints? Reason I'm asking cause I need to know if it is like coupons app and checkout51 issue.

So 2 different receipts, not the same ones. I'm just wondering because I'd hate to get screwed over by something so stupid.
