(shopalong app) Am I expected to submit a receipt ( for a toothpaste purchase ) in order to get paid, even if they don't explicitly request it?

It is a 30 day diary survey that I was directed to from a normal swagbucks survey, that promises 20 usd upon completion of the final questionnaire regarding my toothpaste purchases this month. There are 7 days remaining and I haven't submitted any receipt yet and they didn't request it.

Does shopalong even actually pay?
