Prolific has suspended my account for unknown reasons. I have 100+ studies in 2020, been member since 2018 (email photo in comments)

I hadn't received a survey for 2 weeks. I emailed them and they said for some reason they can not disclose, I have been suspended and the decision cannot be reversed ! Like WTF! I dont understand at all, I did 106 studies in 2020 with 104 approved. Always did the studies 100% and never rushed one, etc.

I don't understand at all, but they lost all my respect for the lack of transparency and lack of customer services.
