Inbox Dollars restricting survey access

I was taking a survey on Inbox Dollars when I suddenly got this message:

We've noticed that some of your responses are not being provided as directed or are inconsistent with previous responses. While our Quality Assurance Team reviews your responses, we're restricting your access to Surveys.

Has this happened to anyone else? I haven't noticed any inconsistencies in my responses, will I get surveys back or am I banned for life?
