HELP with Appen and Lionbridge!!
I'm getting frustrated. There's no instructions and their support doesn't answer.
Appen: if it's asking for a qualification exam to be passed, why doesn't it give you access to the guideline downloads you need to be able to study to take the test to qualify? On every project so this isn't a bug. Do you just not do the qualification exam until you've been excepted and it moves over into "my projects"?
Lionbridge: their entire website and system is confusing as hell. I have a lionbridge ai account, but you can't apply for jobs anywhere there so you have to go to the main site, where it asks you to enter an email to apply but then says the email used when u type yours in.
What the fuck. What am I missing?
