Help? (urgent??)

I was wondering if Toloka (an app which gives money really easily, try it if u have time ig) could hack into your paypal account? it asked me to log into my paypal and give it some permissions so I was wondering if it could have access to my credit card and things like that? I've seen a lot of people saying toloka worked for them but I just wanna make sure
