Having problems with verifying my mobile number to redeem rewards in the Current Music app.

As the title says, I can't redeem my rewards in the Current Music app because of a verification error in my phone number. What happens is that when I try to enter my phone number for verification, the app will say that the number I am entering is a virtual phone number and is invalid even though it is not. I tried so many things like clearing the app's cache and uninstalling then reinstalling the app but the problem persists. Is there any other way around that I can do to redeem my reward? I already emailed their support team but I'm not hoping for a response at all. For reference, I'm from the Philippines, and the format I use when I enter my phone number is +63 xxx xxx xxx which I think is incorrect but the app only accepts that kind of format.
