Cashback sites and Amazon?

I used to use topcashback for my Amazon purchases and get cashback depending on the category of product. But now on their website it looks like only Amazon Devices, Amazon Home Security & Smart Home Devices and Amazon Prime purchases get cashback?

Anyone know when this changed and if there's any other cashback program that works for Amazon for non-Amazon device purchases?

I've looked at cashbackmonitor and all the other cashback sites seem to be limited to Amazon devices as well...
