Auto refresh, but a mobile app.

I am looking for an app version for the chrome extension called Auto referesh with notifications. I am doing this to monitor beermoney websites for opportunities and so that I could get mobile notifications for that. Any ideas my dudes? I suppose I could find an app but so far I am unsuccessful in doing so.
