Appstation face Verification black screen.

When i was going to payouts i went to get an amazon gift card but when i did the face verification it just showed pitch black unless i show it to a light but it doesn't show much but when i show it to the son it still says it will manually reviewed within 2-3 days but its been 3 weeks!. Please help.
