Anyone Doing The Globalme/Robson DC Job Put Off By Calls Going To Real C/Support Agents?
I can improvise and waffle on if it's a fake environment no problem, but it's throwing me having to fake a customer call with customer support who are actually doing their job. I hate wasting people's time even if I am getting paid to do it.
I've done two calls and managed to clock up 55mins on one which is great as 60mins is the maximum...I'm probably overthinking this but I have a mental block about calling the other companies on the call list.
