UPVOICE still hasn't sent any rewards as of near end of March (redeemed on February)

From what I can see, many have been on the same boat. Should I just remove the extension? But it seems like some people are still getting it, mainly people from the UK? Could I get some kind of insight for people from the UK & US? It can't just be me and a couple of other members here, right?
