Issue With Robson App Task

Has anyone used the Robson app? I am having an issue with dealing with them. I did a Recording Sentence task for them 2 weeks ago. You record yourself saying the short sentences they have on the screen. I believe it was 283 in total so it took about an hour to do. I submit the task and 2 days later, they tell me I need to re-record 2 sentences. I re-record one of them and then the errors start. There is no sentence for me to record any longer. I go back and forth with their support staff in email form. 2 weeks they kept telling me their tech team will look into it. And they will extend the time I can submit it. I send them screenshots. They assure me it will be handled and I will be compensated.

But nope. The task is now closed and no contact the past few days. This is why I am hesitant to do these tasks from companies I hardly see around and don't know much about. They are good at replying but they fall short of actually doing something about their errors. And now I am worried I won't be compensated for my hour of work.
