GG2U payout for offers

Does GG2U usually pay instantly for offers completed? I did a merge defense game offer off of the lootably wall and it did not credit I submitted a ticket to lootably and they stated this:

Here are a few reasons why your reward might not have credited: - You have already completed this offer somewhere else. - You did not complete the offer's requirements. - You used a VPN to complete the offer. - You used false or invalid information. - The offer has been capped or is no longer active.

If the reasons above do not apply, please respond here with more information.

I returned an email stating that none of these apply with screenshots of my completion and I haven’t heard anything back. Should I reach out to GG2U directly? What is your experience with this site is it good? I’m new to it so should I keep spending time on this site or not?
