Bug reporting help
I joined a site for software testing but the documentation in the help section was not good at explaining what/how to avoid duplicate bug reporting and I want to do a good job at it but I have no programming background so most bugs seem unique to me, I searched online and found only articles by/for IT professionals mostly showing that the subject is deep and controversial and require understanding how software, database, apps work on the inside, do you have tips or links to pages that explain this subject for software testers with no background and are the type that work on sites you might find on beermoney (not real IT companies with IT degree holders companies).
P.S. I joined a testing site before (many years back), I didn't do any jobs but I finished their courses and don't remember feeling not ready or lost like with this one.
