Any sites/apps that work like this?

I'm looking for a site/app that pays you when a company requests data, meaning that you would fill out a larger profile thing once in a while and instead of doing surveys where you answer the same question a bunch of times you would get paid each time the data gets used meaning you wouldn't need to fill out multiple surveys and instead you can just wait for the money to come.
