Just accepted Appen Arrow job offer, what to expect?

In all honesty, I wasn't expecting to get accepted. I did study hard and take my time on the exam so I'm happy, but I'm still confused on what I'll be doing. I read somewhere that the job is nothing like the exam and that half of the guidelines turned out to be useless. I was told it'd take 15 days after I had completed the exam to hear back from them but it's only been 3. The info seems pretty outdated is what I'm trying to say. What's the quality control like and what's needed to be reinvited after my 6 months is up?
