I gave Capterra my LinkedIn, my Paypal statement, and Proof that i was using the software i reviewed but they are still blocking me from making my first review because they say they are unable to verify my identity

I have been trying to get my first review up on the site since the 2nd of December last year and the review team kept asking for info; at first they asked for my Linkedn but then i got an email back saying they hit a snag then i gave them my LinkedIn again and same result, so i emailed the support team on December 13th detailing the issues i was having and got a response saying that they created a ticket to the review team about my request. I waited a month and didn't hear anything back from them so I emailed them again then finally on January 12th of this year the review team sent me a response saying:

" Thank you for entering your review, and responding to our initial outreach.

Unfortunately, we have been unable to publish your review, as our team has been unable to validate your identity based on the details submitted with the review. While you responded to our previous message, the information provided was not enough for our team to validate your identity. We welcome you to submit additional information to help our team validate your identity. However, at this time your submission will remain unpublished as only submissions from validated reviewers may be published.

As mentioned previously, all reviews must still pass through a manual examination by our QA team and submitting additional information does not guarantee your review will be published.

Thank you in advance for your help!"

So i sent them a reply asking them what kind of information the review team would like and they responded to me saying " Thanks for reaching out! We’d love your help in getting your review published!

Please feel free to forward any information that will help our QA team validate your identity. Some examples include a web page with your name on it or a copy of a billing statement, LinkedIn, a Social media page or a screenshot which clearly shows you are logged into the software.

Thank you in advance for your help - and I’m sorry for the extra step!

Regards,
The Review Compliance Team "

So I decided to send them a screenshot of me using Gmail because that's what i was reviewing but i got a reply back saying: "

Thank you for submitting your review, and responding to our outreach.

Unfortunately, we have been unable to publish your review, as our team has been unable to validate your identity based on the details submitted with the review. We regret that we could not provide you with the resolution you were looking for and wish you the best moving forward."

So i sent them another reply asking what information they would like me to send and then they replied with the same response as last time, then i asked again and finally on the 21st of January they replied: " As mentioned earlier, please feel free to forward any information that will help our QA team validate your identity. Some examples include a web page with your name on it or a copy of a billing statement, LinkedIn, a Social media page or a screenshot which clearly shows you are logged into the software. "

So on the 25th of January i asked if they will be okay with a Paypal statement and they said:

"Please send any information over this email that will help our QA team validate your identity. Thank you in advance for your help."

I then sent them a PDF of my Paypal Statement on the same day and did not get any reply

I waited until yesterday February 1st to send another email saying: "It's been a long time. I'm just wondering if we can actually start moving forward with this now. "

And now this morning i have gotten a reply saying: "

Thank you for submitting your review, and responding to our outreach.

Unfortunately, we have been unable to publish your review, as our team has been unable to validate your identity based on the details submitted with the review. We regret that we could not provide you with the resolution you were looking for and wish you the best moving forward."

And that's what leads us today. I need help, what do they want from me? Why do they keep denying me? Why is none of the information i give enough even when they say it will be? Why do they take so long to respond? Have any of you experienced these problems with Capterra?
